Compac Quartz Nov 2008
Granite Care are pleased to announce their exclusive affiliation with Compac Quartz. We now have 6 new Compac colours on display in our Wigan Showroom, with at leat 4 more colours to be shown. We also have some 30 stock slabs in our slab showroom. This means Granite Care can now offer their customers an unrivaled choice of over 100 Quartz Colours. Granite Care are Compac's main fabricators in the North West, and have area exclusivity on their colours.

New Telephone system
Due to the increased demand, our telephone lines have been near meltdown during October and November, so Granite Care announce the acquisition of a new bespoke BT telephone system to enable more efficient communication with our customers. We will soon have 4 incoming lines for customers, plus a fax line, and voip outbound broadband lines, plus an integrated call transfer system, and voicemail, to enable us to serve you better

Due to continually increasing demand Granite Care Ltd announce their latest aquisition, a new Bavelloni Egar 5 Axis Fully Automatic CnC representing the cutting edge of technology, this machine will cut, grind polish, groove and mill, with tipping robotic spindle and automatic bed. This latest £160,000 spend will put Granite Care Ltd at the very forefront of modern technology, with the best machinery in the business, and projects the companies image " without compromise ". We are pleased to announce our new quartz showroom is now fully open, showing 9 new displays all in the world leading Quarella Quartz. Due to extraordinary sales, we are currently manufacturing 12-15 kitchens per week. The company have found it neccesary to take on more staff in both manufacturing and installation areas. GRANITE CARE ORDER THE FIRST DIGITAL GRANITE BRIDGE SAW FROM COBALM
Granite care invest another £60,000 to land the very latest computer controlled digital Cobalm Bridge sawing system, with 4 axis cutting this machine will cut the most intricate patterns, with a tolerance of 0.1mm, and will enable the company to proceed with digital templating, and continue to maintain production to meet increased demand.

We are so impressed with the features of the new Cobalm Italian Digital Saw, we have ordered a second one, which will allow us to double our capacity. Re-investment in the last year stands at a staggering £540,000.

NEW SHOWROOM FINISHED
We have a 1000 Ft2 Showroom built within the factory premises, giving our customers the oportunity to view our vast array of finished products, in a large variety of colours. On display are several full kitchen displays, each with a highly polished CnC machined polished sink cutout, various fully recessed drainage areas and a choice of 7 drainer groove patterns. We have 12 Astracast Sinks on display and a huge variety of taps and accesories.
