Q: Can I select any colour?
A: Yes, material is available for your custom order in our full array 10 of standard colours. We also have premium materials available at an upgrade cost per length. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Q: What if i have 1 worktop deeper than the others?
A: This is no problem. Standard Widths are 0.6 meters but we have much wider widths upto 1.8 Meters Wide!! See our e-commerce shop for details,or please contact our customer service team for more information.

Q: Where in the country do you work?
A: We currentlywork nationwide, often working on the East coast, North East of England, Southern and Central Scotland, North and Mid Wales, London and home counties.

Q: How do I order?
A: You can buy your chosen deals through this site by adding your desired options to your basket and pay instantly using all major debit cards, or please contact our customer service team to arrange installation on the telephone.

Q: My walls are not very straight, what will you do?
A: Our teams will advise on site what can be done. Sometimes rebating the walls in places is required, sometimes we will need to scribe the back of the granite edge. We recommend that you purchase splashbacks to cover any gaps. These are available in our e-commerce shop.

Q: What are splashbacks? And how much are they?
A: Splashbacks or upstands, are strips of 2cm thick granite, that sit on top of the worktops, like very long tiles. This looks really nice!! They cost from only £40 per running meter, polished and fitted. These options are available from our e-commerce shop.

Q: How do I look after my granite, after it is fitted?
A: Granite is very hard wearing and requires little maintenance. We offer a full range of care product in our eBay Shop. We especially reccomend the Akemi Care Kit, and the granite care clean and sheen spray.

Q: The sink I want is an undermounted type, I see you include for a standard sink cutout, Could you explain, and can this kind of cutout be done?
A: Yes of course! A standard sink cutout is the inset sink type, a moulded sink that sits in from the top, covering the raw edge. Undermounted sinks are much more popular now although the cutout for this is a very specialised operation, and needs to be done in our workshop on the CnC machine. This upgrade is available in our e-commerce shop.

Q: What is the normal proceedure once I order from you?
A: All we need to know is what colour you have chosen, how many length deal you require, what widths if not standard, and what type of sink cutouts are required. If you can answer this and can give us an accurate position for the sink, then we can proceed, and visit you for a one stop cut on site installation. you could have your worktops within 10 days! Alternatively please contact our customer service team for more information, and for options such as our digital template and fit service.
